Policies

A valid credit card is required for scheduling appointments. Your credit card information is processed in compliance with Merchant Data Standards with the latest PCI Data Security Standards at all times. Rest assured that credit card information that is stored securely by our secured scheduling system is through the integration with a nationally accredited merchant credit card processing company. No information is stored locally on our servers.

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment time, please notify us ‘no less’ than 24 hours prior to our scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged for 50% of service total to the card on file, excluding any discounts. Please be advised that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment time and we have not been given a full 24 hour notice, any deposits held for your appointment will be lost and will not be transferrable or refunded. Cancellation fees must be paid in full before a new appointment can be scheduled, this includes any pre-paid services and/or gift card services. Cancellation policy does include ‘same day bookings’.

 

If you ‘forget’ and/or ‘no show’ for an appointment you will be charged for the full service total to the card on file, excluding any discounts. Please turn all cell phones to silent and end all calls before entering Beauty Kouture Day Spa to avoid waking/disturbing any sleeping/relaxing guests and interrupting our very peaceful spa treatments. This is non-negotiable.

 

Considering our small lobby/sitting area, we kindly ask that your friends, companions, etc be left at home so that we can ensure proper seating for all of our clients receiving services. Guests will not be permitted to wait in our lobby during your appointment duration.

 

Due to safety circumstances, our insurance policy and our limited space, our spa policy is NO children. This includes anyone under the age of 18 years old. Anyone under the age of 18 is welcome as long as they are receiving a service. If you arrive with a child you will be charged the full service amount to the card on file and the appointment will be rescheduled.

 

So as to not inconvenience other guests, clients arriving late to their appointment will require the spa provider to reschedule the appointment OR to shorten the length of the treatment time with full service fees applied.  This is at the discretion of the service provider and/or the spa owner. Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more to a 1 hour service appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled with full service fees charged. Clients arriving 5 minutes late to a 15 minute and/or 30 minute service appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled with full services fees charged to the card on file.
